Sajoer beans

Ingredients:

300 gr green beans

200 ml coconut milk

2 cloves garlic

1 onion<

1 red pepper

1 cm ginger

0.5 tsp laos

0.5 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp sambal

2 tbsp ketjap manis/soy sauce

Instructions:

Put the garlic, ginger, red pepper, onion, coriander and sambal in the kitchen machine and blend into a paste.

Add 3 tbsp of oil to a wok and let it get hot.

Fry the paste for 2 minutes.

Add the beans, coconut milk and ketjap/soy sauce and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes.
